Michael trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts graduating in 2008.
Theatre since training includes: Venice Preserved, Imperium I&II, Oppenheimer, The Shoemakers Holiday, As You Like It, Hamlet, All’s Well That Ends Well, A Midsummer Nights Dream, Cardenio, The City Madam (RSC), Damned by Despair, Antigone, The White Guard, Burnt by the Sun (National), Othello (ETT/Dubai Opera), Julie (Northern Stage), Minotaur (Polka Theatre/Theatre Clwyd), Thyestes (Arcola), and Romeo and Juliet (Theatre of Memory).
Film and TV includes: Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan, Casualty, Doctors, Doctor Thorne, Clash of the Titans, Ruth, Silent Night, Venus and the Sun and Missing Something.
As an actor with Three’s Company he has appeared in Play On Words, The World’s Greatest Walking Tour of Edinburgh, Plane of Existence, A Live Transmission of ADVENTURE TIME, Othello, Platformation, and one-man show Later Showers.
For Three’s Company he has directed Platformation, Income Taxi, A Woman of Uncertain Age and Play On Words and co-directed Plane of Existence, Trouble in Pantoland and A Live Transmission of ADVENTURE TIME. He also co-directed Smooth Faced Gentlmen’s first production Romeo and Juliet.
He lives with his wife Mariam, daughter Carys and their three fake dogs Humphrey, Bernard and Hacker.
